1-Goiter: Enlargement thyroid gland leads to swelling in the anterior aspect of the neck.

2-Mental & Physical Disability: Iodine deficiency in children results to mental and physical impairment.

3-Pregnancy disorder: Iodine deficiency in pregnant ladies may result to abortion and may also cause hypothyroidism in mothers leading to death.
